- Culinary Helpline - Call Chef Gallanter anytime (between 8:00AM and 10:00PM)
for help with your own cooking problems. Chef Gallanter is always happy to answer your cooking questions. How do I pick
a ripe melon? Why are my beets turning blue? Just call the Chef and he'll point you in the right direction. He'll
even tell you the best places to shop and how to buy wholesale or market direct.
- Cellar Management - The Chef will conduct a "cellar review" with those clients who already have a
collection and help establish "consumption windows" for the contents so that they are consumed during their peak.
For clients just starting a collection, the Chef will help you set up your cellar and make buying recommendations based on
your preferences and budget.
- Kitchen Design - Chef
Gallanter will gladly review any clients proposed kitchen design (kitchen designers are notorious for placing looks above
practical usage) and offer suggestions. Additionally Chef Gallanter has access to skilled architects, kitchen designers,
draftsmen and general contractors if that is needed. If you are a client, Chef Gallanter will end up cooking in your
kitchen anyway. He wants to see it done correctly as much as you do.
